Single item, multiple prices

I sell videos and some of my products are available in both VHS and DVD.
How do I set it up to be able to create one product listing with 2 prices?
Can I modify the admin page to allow me to input multiple prices? Or do I need to do it with attributes? I need to be able to require my customers to make a choice on those products available in both formats and leave the other products at a default where there is no choice.

You would need to add attributes to product/s where there is a choice
of formats
