Why Does This Happen

Can anyone explain to me why this happends?

On my site items that have a sale on them have a line across the first price and the second?
This should only be on the main price?
Why does it do that and how do I fix it.

Would appreciate your comments on the new design.

I believe it is happening because you told it to ...

.normalprice, .productSpecialPrice, .productSpecialPriceSale {

	text-decoration: line-through;

	color :#000000;

	}
