Hi all,
we have developed a very basic shopping basket on our web site [ Verde Coffee]and come to the conclusion that there is no point in continuing re-inventing the wheel so we looked at alternatives and think there are 2 shopping baskets in the frame -Zen and Pinnacle.
I am sure there are now howls of anguish from all those commited to Zen but the Pinnacle option [ to me a non techie seems a good one]
I am sure that all who read this post are commited to the Zen cart and that is one good reason to go with Zen - there is such an active community and new developments all the time so it comes 2 questions in my mind
1. Will it take us so much longer to add in all the modules on Zen cart to get to an equivalent pinnacle cart that cost of purchase is worth it?$595

2. the ability to create html pages in pinnacle may help in SEO - we have a saturation with google at the mo of 2500 pages but yahoo and msn only 500 and i think one of the reasons is their inability to cope with PHP as well as Google?

I would be gratefull for any help so i can come to a conclusion as too the best way to go?
