Hi folks

quick question:

One of my clients wants to include a "view all" button near the page selection when there are more products than are normally displayed on one page.

I vaguely remember having seen that in Zen once, but it may just have been on the designer's mockup.

Is there an easy way to do this? I've done a fair bit of thread searching and haven't run into any solutions yet, or even any discussions.

Somewhere I have posted the code to make a View All ... you may need to do some searching or perhaps someone recalls the thread ...

No problem. I figured it might increase the chances of someone else finding the answer.

BTW, I did it a little differently than you described. In order to insert the link on the page, I went to /includes/classes/split_page_results.php and just after lines 128-129 where it has:

($this->current_page_number + 1), $request_type) . '" title=" ' . PREVNEXT_TITLE_NEXT_PAGE . ' ">' . PREVNEXT_BUTTON_NEXT . '</a>&nbsp;';


I added:

//AD Mod - include a view all in category if more than one page
if ($this->number_of_pages != 1) $display_links_string .= '&nbsp;<a href="' . zen_href_link($_GET['main_page'], $parameters . 'override=more' , $request_type) . '" title=" ' . PREVNEXT_TITLE_NEXT_PAGE . ' "><img src="images/btn_viewall.gif" alt="View All" height="19" width="61" border="0" valign="bottom" /></a>&nbsp;';

I've still got to play with the layout a little as the image is riding a bit high, but functionally it's doing fine.
