Using UPS shipping module from Puerto Rico

I am trying to use the ups shipping module to calculate and ship my items, since i will be shipping from Puerto Rico 00952 i am not able to get any info to display only (We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping) If i change my zip code to a US zip "33014" it works fine. can any one tell me how to work around this. Tahnk you

I fixed it, i had under shipping/packaging, Country of origin United States.

When i changes it to Puerto Rico it worked. Thank you
