Image maps on shop index page--where to place html code?

Hi there,

I cleared the front page of my shop so that I can write updates on the Define Pages Editor, but I also want to add a image map and replace it every month, which clicks to various categories. But I don't know which php file to place the html code for the image maps.

If anyone would help me, it would be great, thanks!

If you want this image map in the center column, you can just add its HTML code to define_main_page.php.
If you want something else, please explain further.
