Virtual Products

I need to add virtual products to my store. I have the products added in the correct category but when I go to EXTRA>MEDIA MANAGER and attempt to upload new media, I cannot get the file to upload nor will it link with the media collection. When I use FTP to check the MEDIA directory the file is not there.

I am getting no error messages and I have changed my upload size limit to allow at least 16M files (the file sizes that I am uploading do not exceed 10Meg).

I am trying to get downloadable MP3 files uploaded so customers can purchase them like Napster or iTunes.

Can someone give me ideas?

I have the same issue. I am on zen-cart 1.37.

Need some help to fix it.
