Default Emails from my store being flagged as Phishing in outlook 2007

Whether it is an order confirmation or an email sent form the admincp.

Any idea what could be causing this problem?

Try sending a mail from your hosting account (not from Zen Cart) and see what transpires

As OL is only a client what mail account is handling the mail??

Look at the header info on these 2 mails one that is flagged and one that is not for what the differences are.

And check and post what type of mail server your host uses
What you have set in the ZC admin for the mail handler

Right now the mail is being sent via PHP and not by my actual host.

    I use Sashbox
as my web host and mail host

Ok figured out something else, I changed the setting in email options to text rather then mime html, and it fixed it. meaning something within the html template is causing it.

I was only typing one letter to send test email and Im got the phishing error. So somewhere in the template
