Try sending a mail from your hosting account (not from Zen Cart) and see what transpires

I sent an email from my host account to my box in outlook and it did not give me that warning.

Look at the header info on these 2 mails one that is flagged and one that is not for what the differences are.
And check and post what type of mail server your host uses

Right now the mail is being sent via PHP and not by my actual host.
I use Sashbox
as my web host and mail host
Ok figured out something else, I changed the setting in email options to text rather then mime html, and it fixed it. meaning something within the html template is causing it.
I was only typing one letter to send test email and Im got the phishing error. So somewhere in the template

As you are using a host that supports Zen Cart, I suggest that you bump this up to them....
You feel that it is the Zen Cart html templates but I submit that there are ?? using these without the issues that you are seeing

My domain is name is being moved. could this be the cause? i have the mail being sent via PHP in ZC, should i change it to my domains SMTP server?
