Removing XHTML Text and Link

I have an annoying XHTML text and link at the bottom of the page. Is there anyway I can remove it?

Must not be a fully default install as this is not included in a bone stock Zen Cart 1.3.7 install

Did you upgrade?
Have a custom template?

yes, i'm using the gold passion template.

It has been so long that I do not recall what file this is in so you will have to search for the text string

admin > tools > developers tools > bottom left box enter the text > drop down select all catalog files > search
