I cannot use my "define pages editor" (under tools). When I open up any file it reads: "Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: (and then it gives file name). Does anyone know where this is located ?

It's the permissions on the files that should be in includes/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE/html_includes/YOUR_TEMPLATE depending upon what YOUR_LANGUAGE is and whether you have set up your own template or are using classic and the template_default
