"Category Description:" where is it coming from?

Does anyone know where this little piece of text is coming from? "Category Description:"

My site has 21 Categories... the very first one is "Animals". On the Animals main page listing/display of product listings, the text appears just below the Category name.
If I look at the source code it provides this information:
<h1 id="productListHeading">Animals</h1>
<div id="indexProductListCatDescription" class="content">Category Description:</div><br class="clearBoth" /><div id="productListing">

I have searched all folders in my store and admin using the Admin tools for the phrase "Category Description" and for "indexProductListCatDescription".

I found "indexProductListCatDescription" but could not find the 'English' phrase "Category Description".

Again, it is only at the top of the page for the Animals category - the other 20 have no text and no "indexProductListCatDescription".

Where is that little bugger hiding?

Could you have once loaded an image for that category, and then deleted it? It sounds like you might be getting alt text for a missing image.
