How Can I remove spaces from the top of the page??

What I would like to do is save 3 lines and bring the site up.
The line where it says "Home" and the spaces before and after it.
Now I know I may not be able to do anything about the "home" line.
If I can that would be great. But what about getting rid of the spaces before and after?? is there any way I can do that??

Might try these for the main page & others:

admin > config > layout settings > Define Breadcrumb Status > set to 2 > Off for Home Page Only

admin > config > layout settings > Customer Greeting - Show on Index Page > set to "0" off

that will get 2 lines you really need the home login line as others will display there after loggedin and shopping and these make it far easier for your customer to navigate
