Returning Customer/New Customer Text Color

I'm using the paypal IPN (flawless I might add!), but for the life of me I can't find how to change the text color of the split screen login box headings:
"New Customers"
"Returning Customers"

They are black which isn't good since my background is black! Can someone please point me in the right direction? (I have no black text in my stylesheet, so perhaps there is a line I need to add to the stylesheet to handle this?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
