Hope someone can offer me some advices for a couple of email refinements.
I need to add a "Dear 'Salutation'" in the [NEW ORDER] Order Confirmation email, and a 'Salutation' in the [ORDERS STATUS] Order Update email.

Lastly, how can I list each of a product's attribute on its own line (within the [NEW ORDER] Order Confirmation) email? E.g.:

Products
Product Name Product Price
Attribute 1
Attribute 2

At the moment, all attributes are listed on the same line making them hard to read and tend to cause mis-alignment.
