Yesterday I upgraded to 1.3.7 and now I'm receiving the following message across the top of my main page:

Warning Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

I downloaded two patches from SourceForge: one was the admin patch and the other was the xss patch. They were the only two available. I unzipped them on my home computer and copied (FTP) the files to the proper directories.

The message is still showing on top of the page.

When I look at the Server Info version page here's what it says:

Database Patch Level: 1.3.5

Can someone please point me in the right direction to fix this?
