HELP! What sort of server do I have?

How can I tell what sort of server I have? I think everything is installed - it was done a while ago and I have since been SO FRUSTRAITED that I havn't done anything with it and now dont know what to do

I need a step-by-step instatlation tutorial for ZenCart dummies? Does this exist? I dont understand any of the things I am supposed to do and I am so upset! Please help...Im desperate to use this cart but Im practically in tears

Having purchased it myself, I can honestly state that it is an excellent step-by-step Tutorial for anyone.
