I understand the argument about text being safer to an unknown audience but for small luxury boutiques, NOT sending html when appearance is an important factor is an equal danger these days. Also, most devices are getting smart enough to deal with html content. Between this and the post about setting gift certificate emails to html I am making progress with being able to do whatever I need with Zen Cart.
