paypal express problem? funds not collected

paypal tells me it has somethin to do with the cart. Last time i posted this you all said it was paypal. if some one can help me set up my payment module it would be greatly appreciated.

IM still having issues with paypal .i still getting error message that paypal doesnt except payment from my geographical region. i updated all the latest patches and still no luck i have spoke with technical support via paypal and they said it has somethin to do with the shopping cart zencart is using. so im lost for words on what to do.

Im In The Usa And All My Setting Are For The Us Only I Dont Know Whats Goin On ? I Got Issues With Paypal Becouse The Other Night I Had Them Run A Test And I Had My Payment Modules Turned Off And They Said It Was Runnin Fine. I Dont Know What To Do . Can Some One Give Me The Basic Admin Setup For Paypal Express For Us Only.

And Do I Want Too Have Paypal Express Running With Paypal Ipn At The Same Time?

paypal has been workin on this too they cant figure it out either.

This happens when the address selected by the customer fails validation in Zen Cart.

When the customer selects a shipping address on the PayPal side, PayPal sends that address back to Zen Cart so that Zen Cart can store the selected shipping address as part of the completed order.
When the address record is created in Zen Cart, there are a number of checks that are done to validate that address and to link it to a suitable country+state zone combination.

If the data that comes back from PayPal cannot be matched to country+zone settings in your store, OR if the address DOES match a zone configuration that is specifically BLOCKED by your PayPal configuration in Zen Cart, then the customer will see the error you reported.

So ...
1. What EXACT address are you selecting for shipping on the PayPal end?
2. What "zone" do you have set in your PayPal Express Checkout module in Admin->Modules->Payment ?
3. What countries/zones have you deleted from your Zen Cart configuration (vs a fresh install that includes several hundred default zone combinations)?
4. What other addons/contributions/mods do you have installed?

#1 Im running a test with my wifes credit card which has the same address as my paypal account which is 608 se 14 st. cape coral, florida. which are both are the same on my site and paypal. they said thatwasnt a problem vecouse im using a different cc and email address.
#2 The zone i have set up in payment module is usa only. and also in my shipping module and my ipn module . its the only zone i have activated.
#3 that might be a problem i havent deleted any countries or zones in my zone area of the admin.
#4 I added acustom button that i downloaded from your downloads and i have paypal express and usps new module. i tink thats all. i did change my header thats it i think. my site is http:/urconnection.net .
if you want too email me and get into my admin page your more than welcome. i can always change my password. i just need some serious help here ive been on the phone with paypal and buggin you guys for a week now. i know you guys work your arses off . i appreciate your patience and help ---slik666

If you set the zone to '--none--' in your paypal module (ie: removing all restrictions), do things now work properly?
