monthly specials in the middle of the homepage

I would like to set up a monthly specials at the bottom of the page in the middle like in this zen cart page

Its only on the homepage and thats what I want

I suppose the main thing is that I want to know how to get a box in the middle of the homepage, I have looked in to the specials control in the admin and that’s look easy to use, and it would just be a matter of some how adding the specials in to the box and have it aligned like this on the homepage

Any ideas how I would set up this middleBox

That is just a created jpg image the site designer created and placed on the main home page. Im sure when the owner wants to change the text he/she will just retype whats in the jpg (probably in photoshop) and upload the new image.

This was one of the first questions I asked when I started using zen-cart.

I was asked to put a special section in the middle of the homepage, the person had not added any specials to their site, if they had they would have seen that this feature appears automatically
