Unable to import database

Hi, this is my first post in the forum
I built a consequent catalogue under Zen Cart 1.2.7, MySQL 4.1 and PHP 4.2.
With phpMyAdmin I dumped the database in a compressed file with a size of 1.7 Mb.
Now I cannot import the database to use it with the latest version of Zen Cart, because of the script timeout limit in Apache which is 300 seconds.
I tried to change the script timeout in Apache config file to 600 seconds, but it still terminates at 300 seconds
I opened the non-compressed file (15 Mb) with OpenOffice Writer and it shows a total of 5184 pages
Is it the only solution to import the tables one by one manually ?
Can someone please help me with this, I'll be really gratefull

No clue why you are timing out?? Try having your host add the sql to your DB-

BTW: Never use a word processor to edit sql or any code files
