importing through excel

I need to import a massive amount of product to my website. Is there an import program for zencart and where can I get it.

There is a program called Easy Populate, though you can import a CSV directly into the database if you set your spreadsheet up properly.

I found it and installed it, but I am not finding out how I am supposed to setup the fields to upload the files correctly. I am using the easy populate standard version. please help!
