Under your template's jscript folder add a file called jscript_swfobject.js and in that file put the following code (this will also eliminate the need for a user to activate the control for Flash content):

Then hit save, nav to your page and look at your cool Flash swf within it. Now, be sure to note that the width and height for the swf must be specified as well as the version and background color "1024", "568", "6", "#ffffff" -- Oh, and of course between the flashcontent div tags you can put whatever code you want, not necessarily a link to adobe.
