406 Error on banner_manager.php?

this is a first, as by now I certainly know how to install a banner. I tried overwriting the banner_manager.php with a fresh copy to no avail.

IE7 error message on v1.37 installing a BannersAll:

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /storedirectory/admin/banner_manager.php could not be found on this server.

I did a forum search prior to posting and most posts seemed to pertain to errors during install which is why I created a new post.

Try deleting and then re-uploading, rather than over-writing.
