International Shipping via USPS not working

Since I began using the United States Postal service module, my international clients cannot complete their order. The error message USPS is giving is:

[FONT=Verdana][FONT=Verdana]“We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.”

Did I miss a step when installing this module? I registered at their website. I entered my user ID. I emailed them when I was ready to go live. I got a verification email back from them. I selected both my domestic and international options (although air mail and parcel post no longer apply.....both have been merged to first class international, but not sure what to do to make that change), and I "turned on" that mod.

What am I missing? Why can't any of my international customers get their shipping amounts?

As a side note, I turned off the estimated shipping module as it did not seem to work at all when I switched to this new mod.

This also contains the update to USPS for the May 14th price changes etc.

Be sure to remove, install and configure the USPS module after upgrading ...
