Shopping Cart is losing Attribute information after several mods installed

Hello,

I created an account for a customer last Thursday. At that time I placed 3 items in their cart that had attributes associated with them. The customer wanted me to call back today (Monday) and complete the order. When I pulled the customers account up and went to the shopping cart all attributes for the items were gone but the items were there.

What version of Zen Cart are you using? Your server setup - php version/MYSQL version? Any add-ons? If so which ones and their versions.

Suggest you remove all of your addons and then add them back one at a time to find out who is breaking your cart.

I suggest what Kim suggests and just before adding those in get to the current release of Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 to fix any left over messies those add-ons may have made ...
