Server Hiccup? Major Issues

Hey guys,
I am having some major issues this morning. I finished up working on my site last night. When through and tested everything verified everything was working. So I went to take a fresh look at it this morning, to see if I missed anything, and now its all out of whack.

If you try to go to the home page, depending on what browser you use you get some odd results.

IE7 - Cannot display the webpage
FireFox 2 - The page isnt redirecting properly (has the following URL in the address bar: http://test.ronsound.com/zc_install/...tall/index.php)

zc_install has been deleted well over a month ago.

So I tried to go to the admin login and got this error:

What in the world could have happened?

make sure that your config files are correct

Just downloaded and doublechecked them. Everything is like it should be.

I looked at the error that the admin section is giving me and it appears to be right. What would cause it to loop for the zc_install folder?

Ok, went in and disabled Ultimate SEO URLs, renamed .htaccess to .htaccess-old and managed to get the admin section back. Everything appears to work in the admin section except click on Categories, where it gives me this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/ronsound/www/test/admin/includes/modules/prod_cat_header_code.php on line 22

Now on the front page, it is trying to send me to zc_install/index.php
