Add text under Payment Method ?

Hello,
I am using the Paypal IPN as the main checkout method. How do I add text under the Payment Method box just under the option Paypal IPN?

I want to let the customer know a Paypal account is not needed.

What file(s) do I need to change and how?

I don't know if you still need this answering, if not it will do for anyone else who has this problem.

To change the text under Payment Method from 'Please select a payment method for this order.' to whatever you want it to be then go to:

/includes/languages/english/checkout_payment.php

and change the following line:

define('TEXT_SELECT_PAYMENT_METHOD', 'Please select a payment method for this order.');

Is this in the section you first go to when you press the checkout button?

As I have three boxes in my section one which has text and the paypal button one which is for returning customers and one which is for new customers. I would like to change this page to read more clear. So cutomers now paypal is credit card and they dont need an acc. ect...

All you have to do is copy and paste the text you want to change into admin-tools-developers kit and it will tell you what files need to be changed!
