Fedex Internattional shipping module

Has any one created a module for fedex international shipping i did a little searching and only saw the module for fedex with the express and ground can someone please help me

is your fedex account setup to allow international rates?

how can i check that i mean we are setup with discounted rates on the international

do you have zones setup in fedex modules,

Which one should it be the only one i have on is the Ground

ok now the problem is i can't shut off the overnight and stuff for inside the country
