I've installed the module. I've called Viaklix multiple times to make sure I am putting the correct numbers in the correct fields.
In the Zen Cart Admin side I put:
In the Merchant Account field my 10 digit Merchant Account number
In the User ID I put my ViaKlix 6 digit user.
and in the Pin Field I put my pin that is found in the Viaklix admin under the User Management tab.
Are these correct?
If so here is my next problem....when I got to checkout in test mode I enter the CC number 4111111111111111 and fill out the CVV fields with whatever and then make the exp. date anything in the future. When I confirm the payment it takes me back to the payment information page and it gives me the error:
"There has been an error processing your credit card!
Please check your credit card details!"
It never sends anything to Viaklix at all. I have no idea what the problem is. I know there is someone out there that has gotten Viaklix to work with Zen as there wouldn't be a module for it otherwise. I've looked and everyone else's problems are with redirects which means they've already gotten the test mode to work. Someone please respond to this and give me a hand.
Could it have something to do with the SSL. For some reason I have a broken lock in my URL bar. I need to fix that as well if someone could help me out, could that be causing my error.
