How do I change the message in the shopping cart header that reads:
HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS

Peek in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS

Select Catalog and click Search ...

This will show you the file(s) containing this ...

You want the define statement ...

I've found what I need by diggin through every page, I never knew about the developer search tools. this will be so handy!
