Additional images not working

Hi urgent help needed to finish site

I have image handler 2 installed and also lightbox which all works well apart from the fact that when I add additional images via image handler I see them in all there relevent sizes etc in the admin area but they do not show up in the cart ? and I dont get the next prev buttons in light box to view them

any help would be great

OK I will give it a go but what you are saying is that adding additional images via image handler does do the job for you but surly it should? or why have that feature

Was this a mis entry? IH2 does what it should but for additionals you need to do the naming correctly as the IH2 mod can not create these on the fly - you have to use the naming convention to allow this to function but only for the base additional image

Template Monster template? Yes, their designers are known for removing/disabling core functionality.

It appears you have a purchased template. And, right now, you have the IMH2 turned off. It would not be unusual to find that the makers of the template have changed or not kept up with the coding for the additional images. Make sure you've used the proper naming convention, clear the bmz cache and see what happens.

I can't help with the problem you asked about, but a couple of things jumped out at me that *are* under your control:

Do you have any idea how hard it is to read a long block of all caps like your description for the "HERITAGE 600 EB 3 BIRTH Year 2000"?

And, I suppose the spelling standard might be different in the UK, but "berth" is the correct spelling for a sleeping space.

OK the plot thickens

I have changed the product layout with the (product info centered mod)

now the additional images show up at the bottom of the page but lightbox and IH2 only work on the additional image not the main one?
