I want to add a Percentage to my order subtotal or order total for handling/processing, such as additional handling needed and/or credit card processing fee's etc
Anyway to do this without to much coding?

Ok, Well how would I add a percentage handling fee then? in this case then only 1 to 1.5% for a handling fee for packaging.
Is that against most TOS?
