problem with disable products into admin

Hi zen-cart team i've submitted my site to the zen showcase a few days ago.
It's http://www.insitesolutions.com.br.
It works with

zen 1.3.7
MySQL 4.0.24-standard-log
PHP 4.4.0 (Zend: 1.3.0)

Yesterday i was trying to disable a product inside a category with the graphic interface (the green square that turns red when it is disabled) and actually it turns red and says it is disabled in the ALT tag but doesn't remove the product from the site.
I needed to disable it because i wanted to edit the layout of the description without losing the work
This is the exact path on the browser admin/categories.php?cPath=113&pID=300&page=1
The problem is that i still can see the product on the site and to disable the single product i have to disable the whole category one directory upward even the products that i need to appear live.
Seems a bug to me because the rest of the site is working like a charme.
It is not a big deal for me but i thought that this could be important for the team
and i'd like to improve it closer to perfection...: P !

ops..yep actually i removed the whole category it's the only way to do it at the moment .
If i remove the whole category it works but if i remove the single product that fits inside the cat. it doesn't...
The problem is only this.
I can make the description and all the rest but if i need to disable momentarily a single product because of some formatting mistake that may occurs it's not possible
If you want me to show the product i can do it anyway

I did a fresh install

I installed yahootreemenu with ajax, ImageHander and the pop up image, the contribute from the italian forum (P.IVA e Codice Fiscale) , the brpay payment module(substantially a clone of paypal)

What template are you using?

Is my own CUSTOM template i did 99% of the design

What other customizations have you made?

If you don't mind i can give you access to the admin part just PM me and i'll reply(talking bout this doesn't seem to work the email notification of my thread even though it's checked...maybe my fault)

I can't reproduce the problem you're reporting, using a fresh v1.3.7 install.

is similar to european vat code just adds two fields to the login is like ..i don't know... putting a social security for the us citizens you may have a look into the login there are 2 new fields.
If you just PM... and don't mind as i said i give you the coordinates to view into admin
I don't have private datas at the moment we use an external site for collecting them...
