Last two orders went through sucessfully to paypal and i got my cash but the orders did not appear in admin. I tried using the pay by cash method and orders appeared normal.
Did I do something wrong to stop the orders from appearing in admin?

Check that you have all of the updates included in Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 added to your shop ... this thread has a list of them and a link to v1.3.7.1 ...

Why would it stop working. It was working fine before. I will download the patches as you suggested.

Be sure you uninstall and reinstall & reconfigure the module after applying the patches. Double check you setting on your PayPal account for the IPN setting and return URL.
