Google Checkout Not Calculating the Shipping Charge

I recently installed the Google Checkout Module and everything appears to be working well, except that Google is not adding the shipping charge onto the amount charged to the customers credit card.

This is a problem because there is no way to add the shipping cost to the order since Google processes the payment immediately.

How can I correct this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

i'm using GCO 1.0.4r ng my shipping charge is going thru but it is not the one i set.
I had set Table rates but when it gets to GC for payments it sends the only the first rate in the table when it should have sent the second rate.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction wOOgle. My problem was related to the Table Rates configuration. I made some adjustments and it works fine now.

Assuming you are shipping by weight, do you have the product weight defined correctly for each product in the catalog settings?

I had to adjust the settings in the Admin--> Configuration --> Shipping/Packaging for the shipping by weight calculation to be right.
I adjusted the SM/MED pkgs and LG pkgs to 0:0 ratios

So now I switched to Zone Rates since I plan of shipping to US & Canada and I am having a problem with my zone rate shipping not showing at Google Checkout page when a user clicks the Google Checkout button. My Google Checkout button is placed in Order confirmation Step 3 page. With Table rates, the shipping rate was getting passed on.

I change the estimate shipping button to a list. (shipping/pakange):

Now the GC calculate the shipping fee for me.
