attributes for multiple objects

i have search and not found any answers for my questions. my attributes work fine just need some fine tuningso here goes. i sell lingerie, shoes, clothing etc. i have set up color, size, shoe size, etc then sub catagories would be like yellow, blue etc for color, 6,7,8,9 etc for shoes, large med, small for size. see example at

no the question is i have shirt in white , large, med , qty of 6 same shirt but blue, large med, qty of 6. now i sell out of the large white one but have the large blue still in stock. right now i would delete the size large out of system and not sell any large so customers can't order large white but at the same time i can't sell large blue for there is no larges listed becouse white is gone. then only way i see of doing this is to make a product for each color,size,etc which then leads to the attributes to be useless. unless there is some set up i'm missing. any help would be great thanks as for the example website abouve if i sell out one size of one color i have to turn of that size for all colors. looking for workaround thanks

In the downloads/other section get the "Stock-by-Attributes" module by kuroi
