Drop Menu Not Working??

I'm having a hard time getting my drop menu to work right. If I make a subcategory instead of flying out when you place the mouse over it, it stays out all the time. The submenu's are also overlapping the main drop down bar...Can anyone help me figure out why it's doing this? The sites address is www.homestead-acres.com

I set up a category testing with a subcategory of testing2 so you could see what's happening.

Well I gave up on that menu lol. I installed the other drop menu that's from the apple zen template. It's working great.
