Images keep appearing???

PLease can anyone help me on this one
have a look at this

if you scroll down there are four images of another product.But how did they get there?? There were three but everytime I alter the image of that particular product another one pops up for this costume????
I have looked at both in admin and haven't got a clue how this is happening????
Its happened on a few others too.any ideas?
I am away for a few hours but back later tonight.

The name of your main image for this product is ariel.jpg. Any other image that starts ariel ... will be automatically treated as an additional image for this product. So each time to change the name of the arielbride image, but start it "ariel" you are creating a new image for addition to this product page.

To stop this, I recommend using something like bride_ariel.jpg instead and then deleting all the existing variants of arielbride from your server.

You haven't deleted all the images starting arielbride or ariel_bride from your server.

gone at last, they were still in the webfiles so had t go in and delete them.
