How do I change the character set from iso-8859-1 to UTF-8?

Hello,

I have integrated Wordpress blogging into my ZenCart site. It is working great except the blog posts have some strange characters in them. It is an encoding issue because if I change my browser to UTF-8 the characters go away. According to the Wordpress forums they use UTF-8.

My question is this.

Where does Zencart get the meta tag for the charset and can I change it to UTF-8 without messing anything up?

You'll need to use phpMyadmin or something similar to get into the configuration table in the database.

So it is stored in the DB? I have access to the DB. Do you know which table by any chance?

collation is inside the phpMyAdmin.
