If you are using a template with a name - insure that you create a folder for it at includes/languages/english/html_includes/your_template_name
and copy the defines pages to it and set permissions to writeable on the files while you are editing them

Zen-Venom Get Bitten
I'm just using the classic template - don't want to confuse myself with new templates just yet, being such a newb, and not at all computer literate! I have ftp'd them to a folder (and changed them to writeable - 777) on my computer and tried inserting them...but no good. Is anyone able to tell me the code that I should have before and after the text I want to insert?
Many many many thanks for ANY and all help!!
