Does the 'Buy Now' affect Spidering?

Hello,

I am trying to optimise my site to get a good google ranking for my keywords. I have a question I would like to pose though?

When checking my optimisation results it says the term 'buy now' (from the zencart default button to add items into the cart) takes up 2% of the keyword density. Will this affect my ranking? Would it be better for me to take the alt text out of the 'buy now' image?
