How to change this text...

I just have a simple question regarding the change of the following text:

I want the text to be the same (once changed) for all browsers.
I'm sorry if this has been asked before or if i posted it in the wrong section.

The first part of that text is controlled by your includes/languages/english/meta-tags.php file. The second part is put there by the your visitor's browser and you have no control over it.

Thanks for your help. Perhaps I should've made it clear that I wasn't talking about changing the Mozilla Firefox part
