I am trying to import list of emails to my admin page! does anyone know how to do that?

I do not think that there is a facility in the admin to do this....I am trying to import list of emails to my admin page! does anyone know how to do that?
Are these email addresses or actual emails?
If the former - this is not sufficient information to create accounts for these individuals. Check the customer table in the DB or the signup page for other items requiredZen-Venom Get Bitten
