    Default Sudden SSL Error

    Hello

We have been running our zen cart site for about 1 month now everything has been great untill all of a sudden we get the following error when the site switches to SSL

Warning: Unknown(/data01/firepnet/public_html/admin/login.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/data01/firepnet/public_html/admin/login.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/data01/securecp/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(/data01/firepnet/public_html/admin/login.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)() [function.include]: Failed opening '/data01/firepnet/public_html/admin/login.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

We use shared SSL, any ideas?

Search for the error "open_basedir restriction" - perhaps you will find an answer.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Note the difference in paths.

Your shared SSL setup is attempting to load files from a different location.
Sometimes using a dedicated SSL setup will resolve that. Sometimes not.

Your best bet is to get your hosting company to fix it or explain your options to you.
