Hi Guys

I want to set some options up on each product i sell (options below in bold) i have read the OP and i have tried to create a dropdown menu a number of times but only got it to work once then couldn't do it again, thick yeah i know but i don't like losing so i am willing to keep going until i get it into my head,
i need to be walked through this if anyone could point me the way.

I have a few wants to go with these options below, here goes!

1) check box or dropdown?

2) once they are setup can the option clicked price override the product it is in?
if not can we set it so the same size option as the main product its in is an option that can be turned on or off leaving just one product in the checkout basket?

3) I would like the menu quite high up the product page in fact just under the price that is there now, how would i do this? here is a link to one of my products:
