Please help! I suddenly can't edit most products in one category, the preview button after editing jumps to the catelog home page preventing me to save my editing work.

Please help! I suddenly can't edit most products in one category, the preview button after editing jumps to the catelog home page preventing me to save my editing work.

There is one thing which might have triggered the problem that I have remotely connected the database from my computer in MS Access and I confirmed some of the the prompt boxes which came up to assign primary keys. newer products seem not to be affected.

The problem you were getting was due to mod_security restriction , check the following logs to confirm.

I have released the restriction for your domain , you would not face that problem anymore.We have also removed the directory demo from your public_html.check and confirm at your end.
