Shopping Cart display has strange values

Hey guys. I've been working on this site for a bit now, and there are also a couple other people who have been making modifications. Nothing really heavy, just little look-and-feel things here and there.

Somewhere we must have made a small change that's causing us to have this problem, but it's hard to pinpoint where/when because I'm not sure if this cropped up today or three days ago. I've linked an image below. As you can see, some of the cart information is being displayed strangely (as constants?). I know for a fact that this wasn't happening even two weeks ago, so does anyone have any idea what might have changed that caused this?

I've searched the forums a bit and I found a couple threads but nothing with this specific issue. I'm really confused because this was working before and some small change caused it to break. Any help would be really appreciated. I'm tried to narrow this thing down and I'm having lots of trouble.

Looks like the language file is missing defines ...

I actually set a few of those values in english.php, because before I was getting the same constants displaying in place of "Total Items," "Weight," and "Amount." There seem to be a few different values for TEXT_INFORMATION when I look through the developer's toolkit, and I'm not quite sure which is the correct one and if I define that in english.php, is it possible that it will throw something off somewhere else on the site?

Also, why would this just happen out of the blue? It was working fine before.

The constants load in order ...

If a constant is already defined, then you could try to redefine until you are blue and it will not do so ...

Get a clean Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 ... install in a clean database and clean directory and do a search to see where that define really belongs via the Developers Tool Kit ...
