Most Sideboxes Not Displaying

I'm having a problem with sideboxes not displaying. I can only get the Categories sidebox to display. So far, NONE of the other boxes that I've tried (such as the EZ Pages and Manufactures) will show up. Any suggestions?

Many sideboxes show based on conditions ...

First, go to the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller ...

And make sure you have them turned on ...

Next, if you have no products many turn off ...

Same with other criteria ...
