Two problems with IE7 vs Firefox

My site is www.bistrodirect.co.uk

I have two problems with differences between IE7 and Firefox:

1. NavCatTabs - There is a small white pyramid which displays as a background hover image - in IE7 it is correctly placed, but in FF it appears in the text.


2. In the main body on the home page I have two dark grey lines with 'click here' in the text. They are both formatted with the H6 tag. In FF it appears correctly, but in IE7 the first 'click here' line usually misses all its formating completely.

Does anyone have any clues ?
